Select and specify the parcel delivery according to your wishes. GLS offers you a wide variety of delivery options for the second delivery attempt.

The delivery options are open to you as soon as you receive an email or a text message from GLS saying that the initial delivery attempt was unsuccessful.

Before the delivery, we inform you when your parcel will arrive, and we provide you with a 3-hour time frame for the parcel delivery. That way, you will know if you will be able to collect your parcel on that day.

If you were still unable to collect the parcel, there are several delivery options available to you. You will receive an email or a text message that contains a link to delivery options for your parcel. That way, you can select the best option for you for the second delivery attempt.

Delivery options for parcel recipients:

  • Delivery to the same address on another date

  • Delivery to a new address

  • Parcel collection at a GLS ParcelShop

  • Parcel collection at a GLS ParcelLocker

  • Parcel collection at a GLS depot

  • Authorisation for parcel delivery without a signature

  • Rejection of delivery
